While the concept of "One Middle School... Two Campuses" creates shared resources and opportunities for students at both campuses, there are distinct strengths in the programs at the each location.
Assistant Principal Strengths of the Eastview Campus: Eastview has approximately 500 students in grades 6 through 8. Eastview emphasizes thematic - interdisciplinary programs. French, Italian, Mandarin, Spanish, Spanish for Spanish Speakers, and Spanish for Native study begin in grade 6. The use of technology is integrated into daily instruction in all subject areas. Eastview has a state of the art Digital Media Lab equipped with Apple computers. Videoconferencing is used to connect with the world. AVID is offered in 6th and 7th grades.
