The School-Based Council is our district’s name for the shared decision-making body at the building level. The SBC is comprised of administrators, parents, and teachers from both WPMS campuses. The SBC is responsible for enhancing and improving student learning and achievement and addresses issues related to that goal. At the beginning of each school year, the Council selects one or more school-specific objectives on which to focus. The SBC usually meets on the first Monday of each month. 

This year the council is using its funds on the a 6th grade trip and a 7th grade trip, both of which will take place at the end of the school year.

March 29th @ Eastview

May 3rd @ Highlands

June 7 @ Eastview
