We are following "M" day Schedule
Please do not park in numbered spots. Parking is available on the blacktop playground, located on the corner of Davis Avenue and Thomas Place, all of the designated parking spaces about the building, as well as the streets surrounding the school. Car-pooling will also be very helpful. The PTA will supply refreshments during the lunch periods.
The White Plains Mathematics Department is pleased to announce that we will be piloting Glencoe Math for the second half of the school year. Each student in grades 6-8, with the exception of Algebra*, has been provided a Glencoe Math textbook to support learning. Students will also be provided a unique username and password in order to access Glencoe Math online resources. We encourage you to use these resources and the guidelines below to support your child in his or her study of mathematics:

Educator Guide to the Regents Examination in Algebra I (Common Core)
The Guide was designed to support educators by providing an overview of the new test design. Information about how the assessment shifts informed test development and how the CCLS will be measured on the new Regents Exam in Algebra I (CC) is specified.
Algebra I Webcasts
The three webcasts provide: (1) background on the Common Core State Standards along with teaching principles and tools that are crucial for implementing changes in instruction and a mathematics curriculum (2) information for teachers on the test design of the Regents Exam in Algebra I (Common Core) and how it measures the Common Core Learning Standards (CCLS) and (3) background information on the sample questions for Algebra I (Common Core).
