September 26-30, 2016

Important events to keep in mind this week...

Come to EV's open house!

You are cordially invited to attend our Open House at Eastview on Wednesday, September 28, 2016. The evening will begin at 7:00 p.m.
The format for the evening will consist of a brief meeting in the auditorium at 7:00 p.m., followed by classroom visitations. The primary purpose of Open House is to provide you with the opportunity to meet your child’s teachers and to receive important information regarding the curriculum, grading procedures, classroom expectations and homework policies. Time will be allowed during classroom visits for academic questions.
Since the periods are limited to ten minutes in length, there is simply not adequate time for individual conferences regarding your child’s progress. If you wish to schedule a conference, please call your child’s guidance counselor. Our counselors are available to help you arrange a meeting; you can reach Ms. Jessica Rivera (teams W & Y) at 422-5728 or Ms. Lisa Birke (teams X & Z) at 422-5754.
Reminder: parking is always an issue at our evening events. Please arrive early and
follow any parking sign regulations.
This is an evening for parents and teachers to meet. We prefer that students do not attend unless they are student volunteers who have been chosen to act as guides.
We look forward to seeing you on Wednesday, September 28th!
