SCHOOL BASED COUNCIL

The goal of the School Based Council is to strengthen the school’s communication and interaction with and among staff, parents, the educational community, and students.  Our objective is to enhance and improve learning and achievement.  By doing so, we support the motto of our school and district:  “Together we make a difference.  We’re in this together.”

School based councils are mandated by the state and funding is also provided by the state.

Members of the committee are administrators, and an equal representation of teachers and parents.  Meetings are usually held once per month after school.
