Nurse Scala has been promoting making healthy choices when we eat! With the help of Mrs. Beth Mosher, M.S. in Human Nutrition our students are learning about the Food Pyramid and more specifically about “sugars, fats and the nutrition label.” When reading food labels, keep in mind that 4 grams of sugar make one teaspoon!
